Completely. Most people who come to me haven’t worked out in years — some never have — and that’s exactly who this is built for. We start where you are, not where some app thinks you should be.
Not one bit. Level 1 was built for people who’ve never held a paddle — you’ll learn the rules, the scoring, and the strokes from scratch, alongside others starting exactly where you are. Some of my best players walked in having never seen a pickleball court.
