“Colleen’s online Training/Coaching has been AWESOME!  I turn 50 in July.  I hired her in January so I could be “Fit at Fifty”. I am a very self-motivated person as far as exercise and diet.  However, all I was doing was cardio.  Colleen has taught me the importance of weight training and found some areas that could be improved with my nutrition.  

I am thrilled with the work outs that she writes up for me and the coaching to stay motivated that I receive from her.  The way she personalized my program to my body was incredible.
