Fit Pickleballer℠ 6-Week Programs

🎾 Level 1 – Learn
For brand-new players or anyone who wants to build a solid foundation. This 6-week program teaches rules, scoring, court positioning, basic strokes, and essential footwork. You’ll develop confidence with the serve, return, and dinking so you can start enjoying friendly games. Perfect for first-time players or those returning to the game that want to have fun and meet new friends.

🎾 Level 2 – Improve
For advanced beginners who want more consistency and control. In this 6-week program, you’ll strengthen your serve and return, develop reliable dinking, improve footwork patterns, and build more confidence. You’ll also work mobility and agility drills to boost your response time. Ideal for players ready to take the next step after Level 1.

🎾 Level 3 – Elevate
For players between advanced beginner and competitive readiness. This is your “bridge” program. Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn transition footwork, reset shots, purposeful dinking, third-shot variations, and smart partner movement. You’ll improve your confidence under pressure and learn how to build points instead of just reacting. Perfect for players wanting to prepare for true 2.5-level play.

🎾 Level 4 – Compete / Challenge
For players preparing for leagues, ladders, or simply challenging themselves on the court. This 6-week program focuses on stronger drilling, tactical gameplay, partner communication, and decision-making in fast-paced situations. You’ll learn to recognize patterns, apply strategy, and stay consistent under pressure. Ideal for players ready to take their game to the next level — with or without league play.

For players who have completed Level 4 and want to continue improving strategy, consistency, and court awareness. This 6-week program elevates anticipation, advanced shot selection, court control, and point construction. You’ll learn predictive play, intentional targeting, and smarter movement that helps you stay one step ahead of opponents. High-level drills and focused game scenarios build both skill AND mental sharpness. Perfect for players wanting to excel beyond 2.5-level play and continue growing their game.

My wife talked me into signing up for the beginner class with Colleen. I thought it was only for women but to my surprise I wasn’t the only guy in the class. We had a ball! Colleen is very patient, experienced and a great coach of the game. Colleen made it a safe space for us to learn, create community and challenge us. It was so fun we signed up for the next advanced beginner class. If you are hesitant to jump in, just do it. You won’t regret it. We are now those addicted pickleballers! See you on the court!

I just completed the beginner six week program and it was loads of fun. Learning the basics of Pickleball and meeting. New friends was a very enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to attend the advanced beginner class to further my skill level. I would highly recommend any of Colleen‘s classes as she is very knowledgeable of the game and very patient and helpful while you are learning.

Great teacher, great classes, open play time, etc. Colleen has a great coaching style, she is always prepared. Her beginner classes are not competitive, we learned the game and are all now playing. There is no stress as a beginner to get everything right, it’s fun and has made me a fanatic for the game. Highly recommend Fit Pickleballer if you want to learn the game as a newbie or enhance your game/skills as an advanced player.
